The Staircase Group is an international company investing in attainable housing solutions wherever there is a need. United Kingdom The concept for Staircase’s attainable housing solution originated in the UK. Now, every new residential property development with more than 15 units in the UK must include attainable housing units. Staircase is now looking to introduce attainable retail and office accommodation alongside our residential model. Staircase Canada was formed in 2007 to specifically target attainable housing problems across the country. We have developed a unique shared equity model and are currently working in partnership with local authorities and developers to build affordable housing units in Calgary and Edmonton. The Staircase Group is currently in negotiations with private developers and state governments on various development sites in Australia. The Australian head office is in Sydney.
