Stephen Hurford

Stephen is the CEO of The Staircase Group and has worked in the UK property industry since 1972. Focusing his professional initiatives in residential development, Stephen has gone on to become an attainable housing expert and was one of the founding directors of a UK Housing Association. Although always retaining a professional base in the UK he has worked extensively within the property industry in Eastern Europe and the Far East. His passion is demographics and polarization of communities and how integrated communities can be created with varying tenure and price points.

Paul Flintoff

Paul is a principle shareholder of The Staircase Group and brings his background in property development to the team. As an independent property developer within the UK, he is one of few commercial developers specializing in 100% attainable housing development and currently has on-going projects both in central London and the Home Counties in the UK.

Glenn Dumbrell

Glenn Dumbrell is the Managing Director of The Staircase Group Australia and has worked in the Australian property market since 1995. Glenn has experience in various asset classes, including residential, commercial, retail, and property management. Glenn has worked for some of Australia's leading listed property trusts and real estate agents including Lend Lease, Stockland property trust, Colliers International and DTZ.

Liz Paris

Liz has a distinguished career acting as a senior lawyer in the UK and international property markets and has worked extensively in the attainable housing industry and served on the board of directors of a major UK housing association. She brings her legal expertise and understanding of attainable housing to the team and is working closely with locally based legal professionals.

Richard Ogden

Richard is Staircase’s pre-manufacture consultant. In addition to his Staircase duties he is Chairman of Build offsite, a UK consortium specializing in pre-manufacture. He was formerly a director at McDonalds Corporation where he was responsible for the development of its pre-manufactured restaurants which are now a familiar site across the globe.
